Bellingen Uniting Church is pleased to host the Spiritual Art Prize and Exhibition, Heart&Soul — celebrating spiritual inspiration and creative expression.
Coinciding with the Bellingen Fine Music Festival, the exhibition opening and announcement of prize–winners will be held on Friday 22 September from 5.00-7.00pm. In 2017, artists are invited to submit works that explore the theme, Rhythms of Life.
$2,000 in prizes will be awarded. The exhibition will then be open from Saturday 23 September to Sunday 1 October, 10am to 3pm daily. The People’s Choice awards will be announced on Sunday 1 October at the concluding forum from 2.00-3.00pm — all welcome.

Prizes, with the exception of the People’s Choice Prizes, will be announced at the Exhibition opening on 22 September, 5.30pm. The People’s Choice Awards will be announced on 1 October, at 2.00pm at the concluding Forum.

All entries will be judged according to the following criteria:
• Response to the 2017 theme: “Rhythms of life”
• Spiritual inspiration and creative expression
• Technique
The Judge/s shall solely determine the prize-winning entries. The Judge/s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
